Child Care Vouchers and Tax Free Child Care
The Childcare Voucher Scheme is an efficient way of paying for child care where you exchange a part of your gross salary for Child Care Vouchers. These are also tax-free and exempt from National Insurance contributions.
Tax Free Child Care is an initiative that allows families to receive financial support of up to 20% of their total child care costs. This means, for every £80 parents pay, the government will pay in £20 (up to £2000 per child per year) to cover the costs of approved childcare.
